London, Aug 6 (IANS/RIA Novosti) Germany's fencers beat the US convincingly to win men's team foil gold Sunday.

The Germany team of Peter Joppich, Sebastian Bachmann, Benjamin Kleibrink and Andre Wessels ran out 45-27 winners against the US team of Race Imboden, Alexander Massialas and Gerek Meinhardt.

Italy and Japan will face off for the gold medal Sunday.
