Washington, Sept. 24 (ANI): The wife of Vice President Joe Biden was left red-faced after unintentionally making a joke about her husband's manhood.

Jill Biden was introducing her husband at a campaign event in New Hampshire when the accidental innuendo happened.

Passionately describing Biden's work ethic she said: I've seen Joe up close, making a wide motion with her hands, before blushing as she realized the innuendo she had just made.

According to the Daily Mail, he crowd promptly erupted into laughter, causing Mrs Biden to blush and let out a giggle.

It's in my remarks, really, she insisted.

After the gaffe, every sentence seemed laden with sexual reference, so much so that Mrs Biden was barely able to continue with the speech as spectators fell apart with uncontrollable laughter.

The Second Lady's description of Biden's 'big, strong heart' was no longer as innocent as intended and by the time she got to revealing how she has 'heard the urgency in his voice when he comes and talks to people' she was almost drowned out by delighted whooping from the crowd, the report added.
