London, Dec. 5 (ANI): The European Commission has approved Microsoft's acquisition of Nokia devices and services.
The decision comes after the U.S. Federal Trade Commission approved a seven billion dollars deal over the weekend.
According to PC world, the European Commission said it was granting approval for the deal because a combination of Nokia's handset and smartphone business with Microsoft would not harm competition.
